Shipping Information

Shipping Address Qualification

Currently we only ship to the Continental United States. The mailing address Must be within the Continental United States (e.g. “The Lower 48 States”). We Do not ship to U.S. territories, Hawaii and Alaska.

Handling & Processing

Your order will be processed at the priority associated with the paid equivalent for that carrier and service option. We reserve the option to select a different carrier and service option, however, we generally process shipping orders using either USPS, FedEx, UPS or an equivalent service. Your parcel should arrive within the agreed amount of business days that was mentioned on the quote order from the date the order was placed.

Tracking

If you do not receive an order confirmation email or updated tracking information within 48 to 72 hours, please contact us. Once your package is picked up by the carrier, we have very minimal control over what happens next. We do not guarantee that the carrier will deliver within the time they originally state on their tracking information.

We also do not offer refunds for packages that take longer than advertised by the carrier. Once an order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse, a Tracking Number will be emailed to the address on file with that customer or individual order.

Outside the Continental U.S.

Currently we do not ship outside the Continental United States. This includes the States of Hawaii and Alaska, plus the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam. Sorry, for the inconvenience.
